As a Dealer Business Manager you will be responsible for the relationships, communication and performance across all departments within Brisbane’s Metropolitan and Regional Dealerships. You will work as part of the Management team taking control of product training for dealership staff, new vehicle release training and the development of intelligently structured business plans to drive the sales, parts and services departments. You will be tasked with planning and implementing marketing campaigns, stock management and be looked towards for the implementation of sales standards across the dealership.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a tertiary qualification, preferably in business. You will have proven track record within a business development or account management role with experience in customer facing services/sales. Strong negotiation skills and the ability and desire to work as part of a collaborative team are essential. You are highly driven to exceed your targets whilst having the ability to prioritise tasks in a logical, strategic manner.
