Full Job Description

This multinational prestige bank is looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to work as a Senior Personal or Executive Assistant for their Capital Finance department. You will have previous administrative experience in a professional, fast-paced environment in travel management, collating information, event organisation and general ad-hoc duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a multinational bank that offers progression and credibility! This role will be a maternity cover role based in the CBD and would include a 1-month handover for the successful candidate.


Effectively coordinate administrative functions for the Capital Finance team, including:

  • Organise and coordinate information to improve service delivery
  • Arrange meetings and handle general enquiries
  • Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment is ESSENTIAL
  • Travel and diary management including hotel bookings and reconciliations
  • Assist in quality control measures to ensure processes comply with the Bank regulations
  • Aid in collating information for P&L's
  • Preparing Ad-Hoc duties when required
  • Preparing presentations for Business Heads including using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Liaising with Business heads and key stakeholders

To be successful:

  • Strong administration skills -MS office is ESSENTIAL
  • Supportive at C-Level is highly desirable!
  • Experience in reconciliation and travel booking is required
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in administration/PA/EA
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and to Senior staff members across a large organisation
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy
  • Financial or Banking experience is highly regarded
  • Proactive, punctual and reliable
  • Well presented and spoken
  • Must consent to police check (AFP)
  • Must have full work rights (Perm Resident or Citizenship)
