Our client Bennett’s Petroleum, a well known Tasmanian family business, is seeking an innovative Executive Assistant ready to take on the challenge of supporting the CEO.
Bennett’s Petroleum’s mission is to set standards of excellence in providing their customers with quality products and the greatest service possible.
In this diverse and exciting role you will be responsible for all jobs great and small, including: managing the CEO’s diary and messages, producing correspondence, submission of documentation, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and organising functions & travel arrangements. You will also need to support the CEO with general administration and helping to ensure the team runs smoothly including undertaking some payroll and human resource duties, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
To be successful in this position you will need to be extremely confident and adaptable, experienced in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as having excellent time management and organisation skills. The role will suit an individual who has high regard for confidentiality, a team player who is open minded and proactive.
