Description

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Facilities and Projects Coordinator role will consist of the day to day management and coordination of duties linked to office relocation. An ambitious, task orientated person with great problem solving skills is required to get on board a busy service delivery business. Other duties include:

  • Dedicated project co-ordinator
  • Organising the move of infrastructure
  • Coordinate various stakeholders
  • Managing budget and accounts
  • Knowledge of IT to an extent
  • Exposure to projects with proven ability

Profile

  • 2 years + experience within a similar role (office manager, project, relocation company, facilities)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Managing deadlines efficiently
  • Solving problems with confidence
  • Quick learner and strong decision maker
