They focus on commercial fitout, building refurbishment and construction management projects nationally. Due to recent growth, they are looking for experienced site managers to jump on board and keep up with the influx of projects. In return they will be provided with a supportive environment, learning and development, and long term career development opportunities.

Main Duties of the Site Manager role

  • Work collaboratively with Project team, review discrepancies
  • Daily OHS requirements for all site works
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness according to company policy with subcontractors
  • Provide technical knowledge throughout duration of projects
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspect of the projects(s) with subcontractors
  • Quality control and compliant in accordance with BCA
  • Work on tools when required

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience with commercial fit outs and refurbishments
  • Able to manage trades
  • Confident communication; written and verbal
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Critical and analytical thinker
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Anticipate future repercussions whilst working on current plans
  • Able to motive self and others on site and promote positive environment


  • Salary package of $120k-$140k negotiable
