Randstad is currently recruiting multiple experienced Fleet Administrators for full-time positions in the southwest region. You will liaise directly with our customers and car dealerships to coordinate new car registrations, along with the logistics around delivering cars. This role is a full-time position, onsite parking available!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating registration and CTP green slips for new vehicles on behalf of dealers
  • Liaising with a network of car dealers via email and telephone
  • Liaising with our transport department to arrange deliveries of new cars to dealers
  • Excel reporting and other related administrative activities

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Available full-time Monday – Friday
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and without supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Extensive administrative experience
