We are calling for strong candidates who have had experience in the construction/property and engineering environments for upcoming roles in all areas specified below:


-Administration Assistants

-Team Assistant

-Data Entry

-Tender Administrators

-Project Administrators

Responsibilities would include:

-Responding to telephone enquiries and emails

-Efficient record keeping, filing and documentation

-Diary management

-Maintaining electronic database

-Scheduling client appointments

-Management of administrative detail and general coordination with regard to workflow in respective areas

To be successful the candidate must demonstrate:

-Prior experience in any of the roles stated above (at least 3-4 years)

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Professional presentation and manner

-Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

-Advanced computer skills
