They now require enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcers to join their fast paced, energetic and high-performing Technologies team in Sydney. These dedicated Account Managers are true experts in their field and work with a wide range of businesses from Tech start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. Role responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with proactive sourcing of the best talent within the IT industry
  • Writing and posting job adverts utilising job boards and social media channels
  • Performing database and LinkedIn candidate searches using Boolean methods
  • Conducting candidate telephone screening and face to face interviews
  • Shortlisting candidates and building and managing strong candidate relationships
  • Reference checking and recruitment administration

As part of your role you will undertake an intensive, structured training program including e-learning, workshops, peer mentoring and on-the-job coaching, with the aim of becoming a Recruitment Consultant within 12 months. You will also shadow subject matter experts to learn the full end to end recruitment process, including sales and how to build a profitable portfolio of clients in a specialist industry.

You will be looking to start a career within the corporate sector. With a genuine passion for the IT industry and the desire to work in a high energy, sales environment you will be ambitious, confident, resilient and career-driven. Superior communication and negotiation skills are essential and you will be a credible, engaging team player. Previous experience in sales i.e. over the telephone phone or face to face is preferred.
