Our client, a government department located within Melbourne CBD, is currently seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to partner with the business to provide exceptional administrative support to the HR Director and team.

Reporting to the HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level HR administration support to the HR Director and team
  • Diary management for the HR Director
  • HR Database, reporting and documentation, including keeping accurate records or the employee life cycle.
  • General HR Projects and administrative tasks

To succeed in this position, you will thrive on the challenge of juggling conflicting priorities, and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience working within a similar support role is essential. An excellent level of computer literacy including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio will be advantageous. This rare opportunity is suited to a recent HR Grad with some experience supporting a HR function, looking to make the next move in their HR career.
