Our client is a large and complex government organisation currently undergoing a significant restructure. Part of their responsibility to the people of NSW requires this organisation to review policy in order to improve services. They are currently in the process of establishing a new division to set strategy and deliver better outcomes to the community. They are seeking to appoint a HR Change Consultant for an initial period of 3 months in order to start a high profile project.
Requirements of this role:
Develop and implement a change and communications plan in line with the existing methodology and tools to support the goals of the project.
Assist with people related deliverables for the change, such as setting up and onboarding
Skills and experience required:
Experience as a HR change consultant
Experience in government
High level interpersonal and communication skills
A hands on and pragmatic approach
