Reporting into a Change Lead you will be part of a solutions oriented, pro-active project team and you will hold a high profile position with access to the entire organisation.
Major responsibilities include partnering with the business to build and design the project plan and then implement and embed the project across the organisation as part of a broader change team.
A proven high achiever, you will have demonstrable experience as an HR Change Manger or delivered multiple HR projects and will have implemented a new system within an organization previously. You have excellent analytical and communication skills and are outcome focused.
