Our client operating within the food manufacturing sector has an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Manager to join their dynamic growing business. At a pivotal time of business transformation a new position has been created for a HR professional to take on a standalone role as HR Manager. This role will see you work closely with Directors of the business and other key stakeholders to help the continued expansion of the organisation and to drive a high performance culture and support strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Developing robust plans to address talent gaps, recruitment strategies, training requirements and leadership development;
- The implementation of necessary tools and systems to facilitate performance measurement and reporting;
- Developing and implementing initiatives that lead to a high performance culture including training and people development strategies and tools to support operational performance and leadership development;
- The development and execution of a change management framework and providing leadership to manage the transformational change.
As the successful candidate, you will be HR degree qualified with significant experience across FMCG, Engineering, Business start-ups, professional services or similar organisations. This is a green field HR opportunity whereby you can build and develop the full spectrum of HR policies procedures and processes. Your knowledge and experience in performance improvement, culture dissemination and change management along with your strong commercial acumen, project management and excellent communication and influencing skills will see you thrive in this role.
