As a Senior Recruiter on our team you will be working on a unique project within the Government sector. Based on site with the client the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the activities related to sourcing, screening & pre-employment checks.
- Complete detailed job specifications with the Hiring Manager to determine position specifications.
- Review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Telephone screening of candidates.
- References & employment checks.
- 3-5 years experience in Recruitment.
- Recruitment within the Government sector would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience recruiting in senior positions paying $100k+.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Flexibility to work between both Sydney CBD & Parramatta.
