This is an amazing opportunity for a Land use and Transport Integration lead to develop and deliver integrated land use requirements and strategies for a major light rail infrastructure project.
Based out of Central CBD Sydney you will be required to develop rail land use requirements and specifications for the planned light rail proposal. You will then be required to conduct an options assessment based on future traffic and demand models using a traffic and transport access strategy and plan.
Reporting directly into the Project Director, you will also be responsible for implementing and developing and maintenance and asset management plan, cost benefit analysis and assurance reviews.
You will lead all facets of land use and integration reporting including demand modelling and construction scenario planning, bus service planning, and benefit realisation planning. In turn you will provide strategic advice to other stakeholders within the delivery team which include commercial, property acquisition, environmental and risk.
To be successful in this role you will require the relevant tertiary qualifications and have considerable experience in leading a Land use and Transport Integration team or equivalent in preferably a rail construction environment.
Requiring a start in mid-late September this role is paying in the vicinity of $1500 per day + super for the right person with the relevant experience.
