Our client is currently seeking a legal assistant/typist to join their team in Melbourne. The role will provide support to the Principal Lawyer, as well working cohesively with the rest of the team, to ensure overall success.

You will be crucial to enabling successful outcomes for the team through the following:
- Preparing legal documentation
- Liaising with clients
- Filling and file management
- Typing short form and long form
- Ad hoc administration duties
You will need to enjoy working with a range of technical computer programs, be flexible and self-motivated, and confident in the Microsoft office suite. Familiarity with document management and billing/time recording systems (such as SILQ or similar) is necessary, and proven experience within a similar role is mandatory.
