Key responsibilities:

  • Data entry, dictation typing
  • Filing and file management, photocopying
  • Correspondence and documents preparation and editing
  • Assist colleagues with various clerical tasks
  • Answer phones and liaise with clients
  • Diary management
  • Travel coordination
  • General administration as required
