We are currently seeking expressions of interested for experience Local Government Customer Service Representatives, to work across a number of sites throughout Melbourne.
We are seeking people with strong Customer Service skills, who want to continue a career in Local Government in an ongoing temporary position.
For this role, you will be taking Inbound Calls in regards to a number of matters such as; local laws and infringements, complaints; council rates; waste management and general building process advice.|
To be successful in these positions you will need to have the following:
- Have previous experience using Pathways
- Have previous experience working in Local Government
- Have clear communication skills
- Be hard working, and can commit to an ongoing position.
