Due to our growing business in the Perth Mining & Resources division I am looking for a shutdown/project mobilisation assistant with mining - shutdown/project experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment manning large amounts of candidates onto shutdown's and rosters.
In this role it is mandatory that you have demonstrated experience working on mobilisations to mine sites such as :
Must have proven experience with :
- Candidate tickets & Licences
- Australian Work Rights
- Police Clearances
- Medicals and Drug/Alcohol Screens
- Google Systems
- Microsoft Systems
Established client facing will be a part of the role including liaising with clients regarding candidates - availability, progress and data entry to in place systems.
The role will be typically a full time 38 hour working week. Flexibility will be required at busier periods of the calendar year subject to client requirements.
Salary dependant upon experience.
