Randstad's client are a global FMCG manufacturer that have a strong presence in Australia. They currently have an opportunity for an Office and Accounts Assistant team member to join our Finance team.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • The confidence to call clients and collect debts yet deal with our clients in a clear, professional & polite manner
  • Office Administration and assistance to the Finance Manager and Managing director
  • The ability to manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • A good understanding of all areas reconciliations
  • Weekly reporting to management
  • Management of all office documentation
  • Assist in end of month procedures

You will have the following personal attributes:

  • Be a dynamic and forward thinker
  • "Just because it is doesn't mean it should be"
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
  • The ability to manage high volumes in a fast paced role
