If you are a skilled Office manager and eager to work for a national logistics business then this is a role for you. Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, our client has the scope to offer road transport services to a wide range of customers on their national network. Our client is a family owned and operated transport business that is looking to increase their transport portfolio over the next 12 months.

Your duties will involve:

  • Oversee administration team
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and reporting mechanisms
  • Process all payroll requirements
  • Prepare all MYOB and Taxation requirements
  • Report to director on all operational matters

Your skills will include:

  • MUST be competent in MYOB
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Invoicing and administration experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong Communication and people skills
  • Friendly and confident personality
