Our client is a Multi National company specialising in developing data base software and technology and are looking for an Operations Specialist to join their team, providing support to the Sales Team and Operations Senior Manager.

This is an exciting role for an individual who enjoys being part of a team environment with a high degree of customer contact, high involvement and an abundance of problem solving.

Your responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing weekly and daily reports
  • Preparing rooms and uploading schedules
  • Providing support for all operational matters
  • Booking venues, accommodation and documents as required
  • Assisting the sales team with preparing any necessary paperwork
  • Coordinate the processing of contracts as needed.
