The Organisational Development Consultant will be part of this newly created Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in driving strategies to develop, motivate and retain the best talent.
Reporting to the General Manager – People, the role has prime accountability for all l learning and development activities across the business and will include assessing and reviewing the current offering and re-vamping, developing and implementing learning & development initiatives to include technical, soft skills and leadership development.
The successful candidate will be Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with a proven background in end to end learning and development, preferably gained across the professional services sector. You will be an approachable and engaging individual with strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience with the maintaining of a Learning Management System. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential and you will also be highly organised and creative with an approachable, diplomatic and down to earth style.
Finally, you will bring with you a passion for developing people, the ability to think outside the square and be able to leverage across you extensive networked to deliver best practice solutions to your client group.
