Our client is seeking a solutions-oriented, delivery-focussed Organisational Development Consultant to partner with their business to drive their engagement initiatives.
This role will see you working within a supportive team who are not afraid to be hands-on in delivering high quality results. Priorities will be set and re-assessed in this flexible working environment to reach a common goal.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the business from an organisational design and learning perspective to bridge gaps in understanding and learning
- Developing strategies and initiatives to continuously improve employee engagement
- Truly understanding the business to provide expert advice around change management
Degree qualified, you will have solid experience within a similar role. You will be familiar with the challenges of developing strategic initiatives in a fast paced environment and be able to translate learning objectives into tangible business outcomes. A true professional, you operate with integrity and confidence with the ability to relate and influence outcome across all levels of the business. You will be a trusted advisor with excellent stakeholder management skills and be passionate about organisational development consultancy. You will have a strategic and consultative approach, which paves the way for your strong ability to diagnose, design and deliver back to the business, ensuring that your stakeholders are engaged. Your ability to work independently and as part of the broader HR team, your ability to dip in and out of different projects as needed along with your pragmatic approach to your work will see you flourish in this role!
