The Business Initiatives Manager is responsible for actively driving broad Transaction Banking strategic priorities, initiatives and projects, defining revenue raising opportunities, and working with relevant stakeholders to drive implementation. This is a multi faceted role which will get involved in campaigns, initiatives and strategy, as well as investigation and research for the team to provide relevant topical insights. No two days need be the same!
Personally, you will be passionate and driven to outperform expectations, with sound commercial acumen and a dynamic style, able to operate autonomously, yet enjoy this collaborative team environment. You will have thorough knowledge and understanding of transaction banking most likely as a Product Manager, making you strategically minded, a confident influencer, analytical and adaptable.
