Program Manager is currently required for a 12 months contract with option to extend to lead a Business Systems Transformation Program based on Microsoft CRM.
The role of the Program Delivery Manager is to lead a cross functional team comprising: organisational change, solution architecture and business analysis and subject matter experts to deliver, monitor and control of stage (1) of the BST program. They will oversee the planning; scheduling, monitoring and control on program and projects based activity and manage delivery by the outsourced delivery partner to ensure the overall achievement of objectives with regards to: program timelines, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
The Program Manager will also work collaboratively with the Executive, management and operations to review and confirm the timing and sequencing of subsequent stages and ensure business readiness via the completion of re-engineering and requirements gathering activities.
The Program Manager will lead the enactment of the Business Systems Transformation strategy in alignment with the defined business system, information and application principles which include:
- Delivery of business benefit realisation as outlined in the program business case
- Design of standardised, streamlined and efficient business processes
- Promotion of digital and mobile channels to deliver services
- Capture of information at point of origin
- Limited and managed customisation of the commercial off the shelf package
- Minimised application design complexity
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Program Manager who has successfully managed CRM/Case Management Solutions. You will also have experience in managing transformation programs. Solid experience in vendor and staff management is also a requirement. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills are a must
