This is a great opportunity for a driven Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to work for an iconic Australian owner / developer within the lesiure & entertainment industry. You will be working in an "in house" Project Development team and will initially be assisting more Senior Project Managers manage the construction of a high budget 5* hotel refurbishment project.
This role will see you develop an array of skills including design management, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder engagement. You will have exposure to a major, well renowned project but also the full support of a Senior PM who you will be able to learn from. After a succesful period in this role, the right minded candidate will have ample opportunity to step up in to a Project Manager Role.
- Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline - e.g. Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years experience in the construction industry in a project management related role.
- Exposure to hotels or high - end residential projects would be desirable.
- Will have polished client facing skills and an outgoing personality.
