This client side rail organisation have a large number of projects across Sydney which has brought about a requirement for multiple Project Managers.
As a construction professional, this is a very good opportunity to show your acquired skills and knowledge in the building and rail marketplace.
With Sydney as your base in a modern office, you will spend 50% of your time on the road on various sites across Sydney which will consist of rail station upgrades and construction. This will include multi storey car parks, foot bridges, elevator shafts, platforms, office blocks and interchanges. Projects will vary in size from the value of $5M - $50M.
Your typical week will contain a good variety of scope and will see you involved in overseeing the general progress of up to 3 projects ensuring contractors comply with time, cost, quality, safety and environmental matters, managing Engineering staff and reviews which are necessary to demonstrate conformance of the work, you will participate in the review and consultation processes with various TfNSW entities, Sydney Water, councils, designers, service providers and employees.
Your attitude and self motivation along with strong leadership skills and ability to work well with people are the key personal traits required to take on this exciting challenge.
This is a great 12 month contract opportunity to join this specialised rail organization. On offer is $750 - $800 per day + super with extension opportunities.
