The Company:

This renowned organisation has designed a new exciting opportunity in Newcastle for an experienced Property / Facilities Manager.

The Role:

Reporting to the Corporate Head Office in Sydney the purpose of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Streamlining supplier contracts for major stakeholders within the Newcastle & Hunter region
  • Develop process and organise all contracts to ensure compliance and develop new supplier contacts to reduce risk and ensure bottom line growth.
  • You will be responsible for all adhoc projects directed by the FM Corporate Manager
  • This role will be well supported by the Senior Property Manager in Sydney

To be considered for this opportunity your profile will need to possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self motivated individual with the ability to work independently
  • Able to prioritise and document key forms of communication.
  • Experience in the facilities industry and a trade background will be highly regarded
  • As this is a newly created role you will need to have experience in property or contract management
