Our clients require new additions to join their teams in both the Property and Financial sectors. The successful candidates will provide the first point of contact for 'their' clients and active participation in the day to day administrative support and reception functions.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring that all clients are greeted in a professional manner face to face or via the telephone
  • Setting up meeting rooms and keeping them presentable
  • Overseeing distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies and stationary
  • General office maintenance and upkeep
  • Arranging courier collection, taxis as required
  • Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of office

The suitable incumbents are expected to be able to:

  • Express well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Draft timely and accurate correspondence, including strong proof reading skills
  • Demonstrate ability with keyboard and computing skills, MS Office products and the internet
  • Have the capacity to work with minimal supervision
  • Work as as a part of the team
  • Possess a high level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Show the ability to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards
  • Present themselves in a professional manner and work to professional standards at all times
