Our client are one of Australia's leading manufacturers and are seeking an energetic and bubbly individual who is immediately available to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be supporting the credit and sales teams and managing the front of house for the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry
  • Operating a switchboard
  • Managing front of house reception
  • Greeting clients and senior visitors
  • Organising couriers and daily outgoing mail
  • Organising and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering/transferring calls and taking messages
  • Entering invoices into an accounts payable system
  • General maintenance of reception and meeting room areas

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • Impeccable presentation
  • Proactive approach to work
  • High level planning and organisational skills
  • Experience operating a switchboard software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can effectively make decisions and think on your feet
  • Advanced with MP Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Previous reception experience required
