- Managing a portfolio of high net wealth clients and taking responsibility for the growth of this diverse premier and personal account relationships
- Creating strategic sales initiatives
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Prospecting for potential new clients by tracking leads and referrals and converting to solid business
- Sharing leads and referrals with colleagues
- Managing and nurturing existing relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Relationship Management experience within Personal Banking, including management of your own client portfolio
- Home loan lending experience
- A proven track record of working to and achieving sales and revenue objectives
