The successful applicants of these roles will be coordinating the rosters of home care workers and providing exceptional service to clients and their families. This is a fast paced role which requires a high level of organisation, problem solving and multi-tasking skills all within critical time frames. The successful persons will have the ability to manage a high level of calls, find solutions to unexpected challenges that arise, whilst maintaining commitment to helping people in their daily lives.

Duties include:

Manage a client information database

Coordinate, manage and resolve issues in a high pressure environment

Develop and manage customers' schedules of services including short notice placements and cancellations

Multi-task several competing priorities at the one time

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Skills and experience required:

Experience in a scheduling or rostering role preferable

Superior time management, organisation and attention to detail

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

A friendly, professional disposition with an ability to work with an established fast paced team

A logical problem solver with a passion for helping people

Health or community service experience advantagaeous
