Our client is a large and complex government organisation, currently undergoing significant change. With change initiatives impacting the business and its diverse workforce, a program management office has been created within the HR function, in order to establish a strategic framework for a broad range of transformational projects. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Project Advisor to support a range of human capital projects.
The Senior HR Project Advisor will be accountable for the delivery of superior levels of support and specialist advice within the Business Excellence functional area. This role will guide the day to day activities of the project team, to ensure the workload is efficiently distributed. The Senior HR Project Advisor will assist in designing an efficient annual work plan and will engage with a wide range of stakeholders in order to achieve project goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a HR Project Manager. You will have experience working on large scale HR transformation projects and a track record of success in delivering projects on time and budget. You will be an agile and flexible professional, able to think strategically while taking a hands on approach.
Experience working with the NSW Government will be highly regarded. HR Project management experience is essential to this role.
