Our client is a boutique, self owned and fast growing financial services group with over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. In addition to the mortgage broking service, our client also offers wealth management and commercial lending services. Our client is passionate about helping their clients grow their wealth and finance their dream home, first home, commercial building or investment property.
Due to high demand from existing clients, the business requires an experienced Senior Loans Processor and Operations Manager to support the director and manage the overall submission, approval and settlement process for all self employed customers. The business requires a person who can take complete ownership of the back office whilst also seeking process improvements. You will be liaising with both clients to keep them up to date throughout the process, and lenders to ensure the process is moving effectively and that the lender has the relevant information on the client.
You will also thrive with extra duties around process improvement and marketing. This business is ambitious in terms of its growth plans and your role will evolve into leadership. This means you nwill become the 'go to' in the team and administration staff and other processors will report to you in the future.
The right person will have the relevant experience to step into this environment and take ownership of the entire loan process. This means you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience processing/packaging residential home loans in a mortgage broking firm and have used the software PODIUM. You Must have experience with self employed individuals and the ability to break down complex company financial documents.
