We are now seeking a Service Desk Analysts to work with a large organisation on an initial 6 month contract located in Brisbane’s CBD.
Working as Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing first level support for all IT related queries whilst ensuring all technical issues are resolved In accordance with Service Level Agreements.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have proven experience providing Level 1 Support on a high volume service desk across multiple, complex environments;
- Be able to resolve technical enquiries in accordance with strict SLA’s;
- Effectively escalate all issues as required;
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the business;
- Ideally hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Information Technology.
