Service Desk Analyst is currently required for a 6 months contract to provide first level support to 2000 users within Microsoft technical environment.
You will also be required to perform the following:
- Maintain ownership of assigned work, including monitoring, keeping customers informational for process and resolution within defined timeframes
- Maintain, updated and verify asset records for all IT equipment moves, ads, changes and loans
- Resolve IT related incidents and requests within SLA time frames, whilst ensuring g adequate converge for other services desk functions is maintained.
To be successful in this position you will be an experience Services Desk Analyst who has supported MS Office, Windows 7 and common desktop application on large IT sites. You will also be ITIL foundation certified and have a relevant tertiary qualification. Experience with Service Desk/ITSM tools such as Service Now is also a requirement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are a must.
