Randstad Technologies is working in partnership with a large government organisation to resource a Systems Administrator for an intial six months contract with a further possibility of an extension till Dec 2017.

The IGNITE Super Administrator is critical in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the system as well as embedding business rules and identifying opportunities for system enhancement. The business is demanding complex business processes around learning delivery. The LMS Super Administrator is responsible for ensuring the interpretation of business rules within the LMS context.

The role is responsible for the following duties :
• Monitor and report upon helpdesk queries
• Action all helpdesk escalations
• Manage and monitor LMS business rules and governance
• Identify, manage and test system improvements
• Manage vendor and internal IT relationships
• Configure new course templates
• Maintain course data integrity (back end)
• Manage course notification rules
• Manage course versioning of released courses
• Assign and govern LMS role permissions
• Manage user profiles, including SAP data integration and target groups
• Monitor system usage
• Develop and maintain the report function
• Maintain the standards, test and approve elearning and other multimedia
• Manage WCAG compliance of system and content
• Manage the catalogue structure
• Provide ad hoc coaching for system administrators
• Create and maintain user guides
• Work with stakeholders to determine system needs and solutions
• Be responsible for issues log recording and completions
