This large and well known Government Statutory Body are recruiting for a Team Leader to lead and support a small team that delivers corporate strategies, business plans and organisational performance monitoring tools. Working with the team of 4, this role will influence the design and delivery of an improved annual planning process, a new performance reporting framework and facilitating the team’s engagement with the organisation.
The key responsibilities are:
- Prepare report, executive briefs and correspondence on complex issues highlighting recommendations on process improvements
- Develop business plans to deliver on evolving organisation priorities
- Plan, lead and facilitate consultative processes in a range of settings
- Initiating and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
