Territory Sales Manager – Automotive refinishers / Abrasives / Wear Protection / Coatings – NSW

Base + Super + Fully Maintained Car + Incentive

A Fantastic opportunity to work with a multi billion dollar global leader who operates across a broad range of markets where their products are used.

Growth has lead to internal promotion, which in turn has led to the requirement of a Territory Sales Manager to target Sydney metro and work with their Automotive Refinishing range. You will have the opportunity to work with both end users and distributors of their products.

The role;

  • Build a market map of new clients to drive fresh revenue growth
  • Leverage off existing relationships to ensure current clients have the latest products
  • Be the technical expert of your suite of products and become the go to person for your clients
  • Up sell and cross sell different areas of the business
  • Work with end users and drive the business through your distribution networks
  • Create strategy and marketing information for high level reporting to the state manager
  • Promote yourself and the company at trade shows and other events
  • Hit an exceed sale targets and KPI’s

The person;

  • Strong sales, rapport building and business development skills – This is a hunter role.
  • Trade or technical background preferred to assists with solution selling.
  • Build credibility with your customers, maybe coming from the tools in a workshop, panel beating or spray painting environment.
  • Experience working with end users and distributors
  • Being able to self motivate and work autonomously
  • Well presented and professional with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Drivers license
