Key duties will include:

  • Manage the travel of the organisation by providing support for the preparation, coordination and placement of travel arrangement, including flights, care rental and accommodation as directed
  • Manage all the costs, credit card reconciliation associated with travel bookings
  • Assist the Senior Travel Coordinator in travel administration tasks as required
  • Be flexible in work hours to span all Australian working hours (including day light savings)
  • Willing to be on call afterhours if required

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Sound administration, systems and process experience gained in a similar role;
  • Knowledge or administration systems/processes related to the travel function;
  • Demonstrated ability in account reconciliations, extracting data from systems and interpreting information;
  • Previous corporate travel experience preferable;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes;
  • Can complete and handle administrative procedures with limited supervision;
  • Able to gather, source and collate information;
  • Accurate data entry and records management in high volume environment;
  • Well developed problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
