1) Reception management, organization and operation - Phone In-calls management - Welcoming visitors - Post reception - Express mail management (DHL,¿) - Meetings rooms planning + sandwiches order if necessary - Private deliveries of colleagues follow up 2) HR activities - operations - Travel management (Flights, Train, Europcar, Hotels, Taxi,¿) - Weekly menu & daily organization - HR Admin.: staff In & Out - Accommodations research & management (in Belgium and projects abroad) - IP Nexia management (all actions linked to SIM cards, mobile phones) 3) Accounting and finance - Invoice OUT management, organization and opération - Missing invoicing - Unpaid invoices - Paid invoices - Customers invoicing - Update facture status: new projects (invoicing forecast) - Client credit collection: calling customers/send Email / Follow up until payment Temporary contract
