- You may serve as the first line of communication to the business for reviewing event & project request documentation, providing information and alignment - Assisting in Health Care Compliance reviews - HCC Contract handling (creation /receiving /storage) - Overall purchase order creation + Goods receipts + Cross charge activities (working closely with indirect procurement) - Carrying out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, record keeping and reporting - Assist in implementation of all HCC written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis - Support the HCC Managers in the self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies - Assisting in preparations for Corporate Internal Audits


- English (Fluent written and spoken) - Strong communicational, organizational skills - Great attention to detail - Administration skills and multitasking skills - Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter - Proactive attitude, problem sovling attitude - Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner and to work well in teams - Strong knowledge of Outlook /Word/ Excel / Power point application
