Mission of the job : Support sales executives to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally, by managing projects administration, account management activities (such as customer data and products life cycle) and routine inquiries from clients. Job Responsibility : - Manage global account leader's calendars, trips and expenses - Autonomously manage and maintain a small office facility - Prepare and organize client meetings, support project teams to prepare and conduct evaluation and development sessions with the client - Take care of day to day client requests and ensure client satisfaction - Connect with client and develop solid professional relationships - File and maintain all commercial and legal documents, including contracts and agreements - Handle customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests - Support the account team in Europe by making the sales process smoother and more productive - Perform general administrative tasks - Focus on promoting a good team spirit, contributing to common objectives and maintaining an attitude and atmosphere conducive to a harmonious effort.


- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar - 3-5 years of experience as commercial assistant or legal secretary - Organization, resilience and determination to overcome hurdles - Attention to detail and rigor - Enthusiasm and positive can-do attitude - Ability to work independently - Team player, able to work with many different functions, people and nationalities - Computer literacy and in depth mastering of Firmenich systems & tools: Outlook, LYNC, Projectmaster, Spire, Class (sampling), Encyclopedia, Sharepoint (and if delegated, pricing tool, demand planning, budget, LE) - Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles - In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules - Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office) - English and French Contrat : CDI Hoaire : Temps plein Lieu de travail : Bruxelles (Heysel) Salaire : A négocier
