We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales in our BCS Benelux team. BCS is a Business Unit within the company specialized in Bulk Inorganics Products in several Industries. Based in Brussels and reporting directly to the Business Manager BCS Benelux. You will work closely with various teams as Sales Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Transport, Warehouse & Quality. - Making (cold) calls in order to gain new customers and orders - Closing sales deals and follow-up of the BCS customers and prospects - Ensuring that customers are optimally aware of the possibilities and advantages of the products and services of the company. - Ensuring that field sales is timely and accurately informed about the customer¿s situation throughout the sales process, in cooperation with the Customer Service and Transport dept. - Ensuring that appropriate personal and team objectives in terms of volume and gross profit margin are achieved. - Positively contributing to the development of the gross profit margin. - Ensuring effective and timely collections in conjunction with the Credit Management and Customer Service departments. - Ensuring effective follow up of the essential steps in the sales cycle (e.g. offers, visits and reports)

qualification

We are looking for - Education : minimum Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience - Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills - Fluent in Dutch, French and English - Team player - 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales - Chemical Industry experience is a plus - MS Office knowledge : Outlook, Excel, ERP system knowledge (SAP is a plus) You will work in a business-to-business environment, where you can help building a growing international organization.
