As an Inside Sales Representative Care Plan, you develop and drive the service revenue growth by selling service contracts to Esko's installed base.
Main responsibilities and key activities
- You create service contract proposals for software and hardware, on basis of an existing database and following a well-defined process
- You maintain an accurate reporting on service contract pipeline and forecast information
- You follow up consequently to win (close) them
- You work in close corporation with the sales account manager and regional service director to follow up customers (you will be in charge of a specific region)
- You build and maintain a solid relationsship with customers
- You establish a good relationship with our indirect sales channels and motivate/guide them in selling service contracts
- You analyse the installed base in your region to identify sales opportunities
- You achieve quarterly defined targets and objectives
- You have sales experience.
- A background in technological high tech products or graphical industry is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
