Â¿You are a member of the Quality team.
Â¿You are the central contact person in the organization for reception, treatment and filing of customer questionnaires and specifications. You report and follow up on the performance of this service from our organization.
Â¿You analyze new trends in frequently asked questions and you assist in reformulating standard answer documents. You extract and collect emerging requirements from customers and highlight these to the organization.
Â¿You maintain and develop the organizational system for treatment of questionnaires and specifications and work on continuous improvement of this service to the customers and the organization.
Â¿You assist the BU Quality Engineers by pre-treating questionnaires and specification documents for specific accounts.
Â¿You ensure QMS documentation is available on BU level and make transfer of information to and from Local level
Â¿You make documents from the Document Management System available to stakeholders (BU functions, local plants, customers, suppliers, authoritiesÂ¿) as required.
Â¿You are customer oriented and quality minded.
Â¿You enjoy administrative work while being a key contact person for the organization and the customers and preferably you have experience in a quality organization and with quality systems. A scientific background or interest is an asset.
Â¿You are a good organizer and coordinator and work in a structured and timely fashion.
Â¿You can interpret and transmit company information in an accurate and customer friendly way.
Â¿You have communicative skills to be used in your various contacts with our sales organization, local quality and production departments, supply chain colleagues, customers...
Â¿You are computer literate and an experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel Â¿)
Â¿Your written and spoken English is fluent; reading & understanding other languages
are an additional asset.
