Tasks : Your responsibilities will be twofold : you will on the one hand work as P.A. to our Head of Retail Benelux and you will on the other hand support our Marketing department. Your tasks will include general administrative tasks like - Correspondence, translations - Preparing presentations - Handling telephone calls/emails and their follow up - Updating the database and the website as well as assisting the team in the deals and projects they are working on

qualification

- You hold a bachelor degree in management assistant - You have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar function - You are fluent in Dutch, French and English ¿ both written and spoken - You have excellent computer skills including an in-depth knowledge of Powerpoint; Word and Excel. Knowledge of Indesign is an asset - You are an autonomous and pro-active person; you have good organisational skills, you are a good team player
