Job Title: Bricklayer
Location: Rainham, Kent
A reputable construction company in Rainham is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying and be capable of contributing effectively to various construction projects in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Execute bricklaying tasks to construct and repair walls, foundations, and other structures in accordance with project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to determine the layout and dimensions of brickwork.
- Cut, shape, and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Preference for candidates with a valid Blue CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, but experience is paramount.
