- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap focused on building relationships with key players in the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, liquidity providers, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams including trading, technology, legal, and compliance to assess partnership feasibility and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the firm.
- Act as a representative of the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our expertise and fostering new connections.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to internal stakeholders on emerging trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities within the crypto industry.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, assessing the effectiveness of initiatives and optimizing strategies for future growth.
skills and experience required
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships management, or related roles within the web3 space, preferably with a focus on cryptocurrency or high-frequency trading.
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, trading platforms, decentralized finance (DeFi), and regulatory landscape.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to fruition.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and represent the firm at industry events and conferences as needed.
