Randstad is partnering with an international company that specializes in providing telecommunication and mobile radio solutions. The company is expanding their business within the SEA countries and currently looking for a Business Development Manager to penetrate Malaysia market.

Track and qualify opportunities and develop funnels for large public or commercial sector
infrastructure projects, analyzing industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the company offerings and services to capture upcoming opportunities.Communicate progress and update account status via available sales / CRM systems to both internal and external key stakeholders.Serve as the focal point and lead as a key account manager and exercise necessary judgement to balance and ensure long term customer satisfaction and business success.Lead the development of strategic accounts by coordinating with necessary resources to
meet business objectivesskill/experience:
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field
- 5 years relevant experience with proven track record of successful business development or sales in the construction industry with strong connection within M&E consultant and contractor.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Experience in handling new construction projects (preferably technology-related such as IT, telecom or other electrical or ELV electronics systems such as 2-way radio, wireless telecom systems, CCTV.
- Solutions and consultative selling experience preferred
